EU ETS Compliance
The EU ETS Compliance page gives the user the ability to enter the tax percentage due for payment on emissions for voyages within and to/from EU/EEA ports. The page holds 2 tables - The first is the Compliance Percentage which is where the user adds permanent tax percentages, the date they start from and if this is inside the EU/EEA or not. The second table is for the phase in period for the regulation, this allows the user to create temporary tax percentages for certain years until the regulation comes into full effect (100%).
