Maintain Market Indices and Market Index Values

Overview tab

The overview tab gives you access to the details of the market index, as well as a list of spot and current forward-curve market index values. You can read more about the grid's functionalities here.

For regular market indices, there is the option to turn it into a Protected Market Index, while a Custom Market Index will in its place have a lumpsum adjustment field.

The Last Updated field shows the date of when the most recently updated market index value was updated.

Forward Curve tab

This tab displays a list of all market index values for the index that are categorized as Historical Forward. Read more about the different types of market index values here.

Deleting a Market Index

A Market Index must first be disabled. Click the button in the top right corner to open the secondary actions. Choose the "Disable" option. Click the button again, and then choose the "Delete" option. A confirmation modal will also show up, click Delete.
