To create a new vessel report, navigate to one of the following pages for maintaining a port call:
Depending on your access permissions the list of Vessel Reports might not be visible.
Open the Vessel Reports module in the Operations section.

Having the list of vessel reports open you can use filters to find the report you are looking for. Clicking the report in the list will open a drawer with additional information.
