Debunkering

Starting with release 8.15, you can now enter a debunkered quantity in the Port Call drawer. This value is subtracted from the Unberthed Remaining On Board (ROB) and is priced from the earliest bunkers first. If the full debunkered quantity is not covered, the system continues with the next bunkers in sequence, following the same pricing order.

How to Add a Debunkering

Open the Port Call drawer for the relevant port call. In the Port and Bunkers section of the Overview tab, you will see a new Debunkering column. Find the bunker type you want to adjust and enter the quantity to debunker in the provided field.

Viewing Debunkered Quantities

You can see all debunkerings in the Voyage drawer under the Bunkers tab. The Bunker Summary includes each debunkering as its own row, as well as a separate row showing the total debunkered quantity. This gives you a clear overview of all debunkerings for the voyage.

For more detail, open the Bunker Stock detailed view. Here, you can see the quantity debunkered along with the ROB before and after the transaction. See figure below.

Debunkering Price Calculation

Debunkering prices are applied in the order the bunkers were added, starting with the oldest.

Example: Debunkering 1,450 MT in Bergen is priced as follows:

  • First, 600 MT at 500 NOK (opening balance) → 850 MT remaining

  • Then, 200 MT at 700 NOK (first bunkering) → 650 MT remaining

  • Finally, 650 MT at 200 NOK (second bunkering) → 150 MT remaining

NOTE: If the debunkered amount is greater than the total bunkered, the remainder is subtracted at the last price. In this example, the final ROB is –150 MT at 200 NOK.
