Relet Synchronisation

When a new relet cargo is created, it automatically reflects relevant details from the associated original cargo.

Synchronised fields between Original Cargo and External Relet Cargo:

  • Booked Quantity, Cargo Quantity, Cargo Measurement, Commodity, Tolerance Option, Tolerance Option Percent and Minimum Quantity

Synchronised fields between Original Cargo and Internal Relet Cargo:

  • Booked Quantity, Cargo Quantity, Cargo Measurement, Commodity, Tolerance Option, Tolerance Option Percent and Minimum Quantity

  • Freight Rate, Currency, Rule, Overage Rate, Dead Freight Rate and Flat Rate

  • Laytime Terms, Rule, Rate for Loading and Discharge

  • Demurrage Rate and Despatch Rate

Laytime related details will not be synced for Cargo Port with a Laytime calculation

Synchronised fields between Internal Relet Cargo and Internal Cargo:

  • Booked Quantity, Cargo Quantity, Cargo Measurement, Commodity, Tolerance Option, Tolerance Optioin Percent and Minimum Quantity

  • Freight Rate, Currency, Rule, Overage Rate, Dead Freight Rate and Flat Rate

  • Laytime Terms, Rule, Rate for Loading and Discharge

  • Demurrage Rate and Despatch Rate

  • Commission Broker and Commission Address

Laytime related details will not be synced for Cargo Port with a Laytime calculation
