# Disable Users
1. [Find](/release-8.28/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/setup/users/find-users.md) the user to disable.
2. Open the actions menu
and click **Disable User**. This will prevent the user account from logging in.
3. The user can be found again by filtering on Disabled users in the list.
