# Maintain Budgeted Voyages

### Overview

Budgeted voyages looks and acts as "regular" voyages, but they have the "isBudget" tag set to true. These are no longer templates, but are only created out of templates.

Note: there are no indicators to mark a budget (in comparison to templates).

The budgeted voyages will only show up in two places, to differentiate from regular voyages, which is described [here](/release-8.25/fleet-allocation-and-scheduling/getting-started/planning/budgets/maintain-template-and-budget-voyages/data-grids-in-fas-budgets-tabs/budgeted-voyages-grid/find-budgeted-voyages.md).

### Status Transitions

On a budget voyage, only these status transitions are **allowed**:

* Estimate -> Closed
* Closed -> Estimate

### Grid Overview

The **budgeted voyages** can be found here:

All these rows are non-editable.

Read more about the grid's "base functionality" [here](/release-8.25/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/data-grids.md#base-functionality).

### Opening a Voyage

By clicking any cell of the row **once**, you will be able to *open* up the [Voyage drawer](/release-8.25/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/voyages.md#voyage-drawer) for that specific row. From the below view, you can edit the selected voyage:

Changes done in the drawer will be reflected in the rows.

### Bulk Actions

* Do At Sea
* Do In Port
* Do In Port Working
* FO Ballast
* Fo In Port
* Fo In Port Working
* Fo Loaded

Read more about this functionality here: [Bulk Update](/release-8.25/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/bulk-update.md).
