# Maintain Template Voyages

When you have located a template voyage, click on it and the details will show in a drawer on the right hand side. The drawer will also open after creating a *new* template voyage.

### Template Indicator

Template voyages have the template label next to the status selector to indicate that it is a template voyage:

### Status Transitions

On a template voyage, only these status transitions are **allowed**:

* Estimate -> Closed
* Closed -> Estimate

### Scheduled Voyages

Template voyages have an additional "Scheduled Voyages" tab, which are the same as "Budgeted Voyages". Voyages that are created from the selected template voyage are listed in this Scheduled Voyages tab.&#x20;

### Grid Overview

The **template voyages** can be found here:

All these rows are non-editable.

### Opening a Voyage

By clicking any cell of the row **once**, you will be able to *open* up the [Voyage drawer](https://docs.dataloy.com/release-8.19/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/voyages#voyage-drawer) for that specific row. From the below view, you can edit the selected voyage:

Changes done in the drawer will be reflected in the rows.&#x20;

### Bulk Actions

Bulk Actions is available in this view for the following fields:

* Do At Sea
* Do In Port
* Do In Port Working
* FO Ballast
* Fo In Port
* Fo In Port Working
* Fo Loaded
