# Maintain Budget Scenario

Looks and acts the same as "regular" scenarios, which you can read about [here](/release-8.17/fleet-allocation-and-scheduling/getting-started/planning/scenarios/maintain-scenario.md).

### Change Budget Scenario

In the **Budgets** module, in any of the tabs, you will find the following (click for better view);

Budget Scenario selector

The selected Budget scenario will apply for all the tabs. Click on the arrow-down icon to switch to another budget scenario view. The data on the different tabs will be refreshed when you switch between the different budget scenarios.

Read more about each tab [here](/release-8.17/fleet-allocation-and-scheduling/getting-started/planning/budgets/data-grids-fas.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.dataloy.com/release-8.17/fleet-allocation-and-scheduling/getting-started/planning/budgets/maintain-budget-scenario.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
