# Relet Internally

The **Relet Internally** option allows you to reassign a charter to another company within the same group. The internal operating company records the income, while the original owning company balances to net zero. To accomplish this, two additional cargoes will be created, resulting in the following structure: the original **Spot** cargo, an **Internal** cargo, and an **Internal Relet** cargo. This ensures seamless invoicing between the owning and operating companies, and the external charterer.

### Creating an Internal Relet

1. Set the **Voyage company** to the operating company.
2. Set the **Cargo company** to the owning company.
3. Click the More button![](https://content.gitbook.com/content/uZ9lzqgHX4JL1Df67xog/blobs/obQ1hR9q3eWewg63mdkz/more_vert-24px.svg) in the top right of the cargo drawer, and choose the **Relet Internally** option.&#x20;
4. Find the corresponding Internal Business Partner of the operating company and click Confirm.
5. The system will create two additional cargoes with Company and Counterpart automatically assigned.

The final setup should look as follow

### Deleting

Deleting cargoes in an internal relet structure behaves differently depending on which cargo is being deleted.

* When deleting the original **Spot** cargo, all three cargoes are deleted permanently.
* If deleting either of the **Internal** cargoes, only the **Internal** cargoes are deleted.
