# Create Commitment

To create commitments from scratch use the VMS java client and navigate to the module Booking and Operations. Navigate to Voyage -> New -> Unallocated Voyage.

Select the vessel, trade pattern, and the ports to be included in the voyage to create the voyage.‌

The voyage is now displayed as a commitment in FAS and can also be found in the Booking and Operations Module under Unallocated.<br>
