# Disable Users

1. [Find](https://docs.dataloy.com/release-8.1/voyage-management-system/step-by-step-guides/setup/users/find-users) the user to disable.
2. Open the actions menu<img src="https://content.gitbook.com/content/bpRXlpuknwnd2ADVp6vn/blobs/f1S4HRbyilEuGyMOpJom/more_vert-24px.svg" alt="" data-size="line">and click **Disable User**. This will prevent the user account from logging in.
3. The user can be found again by filtering on Disabled users in the list.
