1. Open the Scenario module in the Planning section.

2. Click Createin the top right corner.

3. Select Create Budget Scenario from the dropdown menu.

4. Fill in all required fields listed below in the Create Budget Scenario window.

5. Clicking Create will create a new, empty scenario.

1. Open the Budgets module in the Planning section.

2. Select a budget from the dropdown.

3. Click Createin the top right corner.

4. Fill in all required fields listed in the Create Template Voyage window.

5. Click Create.

After the creation of the new template voyage the template voyage drawer will open and the template voyages list will refresh.

The Budgets module is located in the menu under Planning. Template and budgeted voyages are only accessible from this module.

Open the Budgets module in the Planning section.

From the list of the template voyages using filters

• By using the list of template voyages that opens from the Template Voyages tab in the Budgets module, you can use the quick to find the template voyage you are looking for.

Template Voyages can be located from the tab in the Budgets module.

Budgeted Voyages can be located from the tab in the Budgets module.

When you have located a template voyage, click on it and the details will show in a panel (so called "drawer") on the right hand side. The panel will also open after creating a new template voyage.

Template Indicator

Template Voyages have the template label next to the status selector to indicate that it is a template voyage.

Status

In the header of a selected template voyage panel, the current status can be viewed. Clicking on it will activate a dropdown menu and a new status can be selected. A template voyage can either have the status Estimate or Closed. All other statuses are disabled for template voyages.

Budgeted Voyages Tab

Tabs in the template voyages panel include the same tabs as other voyages, as well as the budgeted voyages tab.

Budgeted voyages created from the selected template voyage are listed in the Budgeted Voyages tab. To create a new budgeted voyage click Addin the top right corner of the list. This creates a copy of the selected template voyage using the same field values.
