# Create Laytime Calculation

1. Open the **Laytime Calculation** module in the Operations section.
2. Click **Create Laytime Calculation**<img src="https://2230933071-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-legacy-files/o/assets%2F-Liw6C9Fe7rohFtkU25j%2F-M23XjciEP9F3xdDeDrE%2F-M23aB95JDSUt7kYOdWo%2Fcreate-24px.svg?alt=media&#x26;token=d69f2239-6a6c-48a4-ba17-ae0bb299c3d0" alt="" data-size="line">in the top right corner.
3. Fill in all required fields listed below in the Create New Laytime Calculation window.
4. Click **Create**.

### **Required fields**

| **Field**     | Description                                     |
| ------------- | ----------------------------------------------- |
| *Vessel*      | Vessel to filter voyages from                   |
| *Voyage*      | Voyage to filter charterer from                 |
| *Charterer*   | Charterer of the cargoes of the selected voyage |
| *Cargo Ports* | Cargo Ports to be included in the calculations  |

Field Conditions

Each field narrows down the next choice, e.g. choose vessel first, then voyage, then charterer. The fields are enabled accordingly.&#x20;

At least one cargo port MUST be chosen.
