Upon creation of a voyage from scratch the voyage will get status "Estimate"

In order to change the status of the voyage click the status field for the voyage. When the status field is clicked a drop down will appear.

Go into the sub-pages for each status to see which which transitions between statuses are allowed and what updates are made in the background for each transition made.

From Estimate it is possible to change to three different statuses. When you click the Estimate badge a drop down with the options will be displayed

If you are going to change from status Estimate to Allocated or Nominated you must ensure that all cargoes on that specific voyage has a charterer and a commodity set.

When you click on the Unallocated badge you will see the below drop down with options.

From Unallocated you may change the status to Estimate or Allocated. If you would like to change the voyage status to Allocated you must ensure that each cargo has a valid value for Charterer and Commodity

When you click on the Allocated badge you will see the below drop down with options.

From voyage status Allocated you can change to Unallocated or to Nominated.

From status Nominated it is possible to move "backwards" to Estimate or Unallocated. Or you can change to Demurrage Checked.

From Demurrage Checked it is possible to change the status to Nominated or Operationally Closed.

From Operationally Closed it is possible to change status to Demurrage Checked and Invoiced.

From Invoiced it is possible to change the status to Operationally Closed or Closed.

From status Closed it is possible to re-open the voyage and move the status to Invoiced.
