# Port View Board The Port View board gives the user an overview of the scheduled port calls in a particular port or terminal. This makes it easy to identify any overlapping or close port calls which may cause operational issues. To get started, select a port or terminal from the selector:

While in this board view, the timeline can also be set to display a single week at a time, in order to get a very fine-grained view:

Otherwise, you have the quick filters; Vessel, Voyage and Reason for Call. ### Port Call Bars

On each port call bar, you will find the following information: * Voyage reference (top left, shown in bold) * Cargo quantity and load/discharge rate * Arrival & departure times #### Tooltip Hovering over the bar will bring up a tooltip containing some additional information:
